Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the services of Chenxi Aluminum (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, signed quotation, or purchase order (PO).
  • Verbal orders are not considered binding unless officially acknowledged.
  • Once confirmed, the order cannot be changed or canceled without our written consent.

2. Pricing & Quotations

  • All prices are quoted in USD, EXW, FOB, or CIF terms unless otherwise specified.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Prices may vary depending on raw material costs, exchange rates, or changes in order quantity/specifications.

3. Payment Terms

  • Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment methods: T/T, L/C, or other mutually agreed methods.
  • All bank charges must be borne by the buyer.

4. Production & Lead Time

  • Production begins only after receipt of deposit and final confirmation of technical details.
  • Lead time typically ranges from 15–25 business days, depending on order size and product type.

5. Delivery & Risk

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the agreed shipping carrier (EXW/FOB).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

6. Product Warranty

  • Our aluminum products are covered by a quality warranty of 1 year under normal usage conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper storage, installation errors, or modifications.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of product receipt and must include supporting photos or documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, designs, and product specifications remain the exclusive property of Chenxi Aluminum unless otherwise agreed.
  • Custom designs based on client drawings remain the intellectual property of the client, and we will not share or reproduce them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Foshan, Guangdong.
