Refund and Returns Policy

At Chenxi Aluminum, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. However, in rare cases where issues arise, we are committed to addressing them fairly and efficiently. Please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved sample or confirmed order.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or special-order aluminum profiles
  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Products returned after more than 7 days without prior agreement
  • Minor color or size variation within acceptable industrial tolerances

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our sales team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the product and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will assess the case and provide return instructions or a replacement/refund decision within 3–5 working days.
  4. If approved, return the goods to the designated address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our fault (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product).

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • If the returned goods meet our return conditions
  • If production or shipment errors are confirmed on our end
  • In case of cancellation before production begins

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as credit toward your next order. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if:

  • The production has not yet started
  • The cancellation is confirmed in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless agreed by both parties.
